Meent is supporting the association Antre Peaux in the recruitment of its Executive Director on a permanent contract.

Founded in 2020 through the merger of its two founding associations, Emmetrop and Bandits-Mages, Antre Peaux brings together their respective legacies into a single shared ambition: to defend alternative cultures, support emerging creative practices, and foster artistic experimentation in all its forms.

At its core, Antre Peaux is a multidisciplinary organization, offering a diverse artistic programme shaped by crossovers and dialogue between contemporary music, visual and contemporary arts, theatre, dance, performance and multimedia practices.

Committed to openness and inclusion, the association works to ensure that its spaces and activities are accessible and welcoming to all.

As an engaged and activist organization, Antre Peaux highlights voices, career paths and artistic practices that are often marginalized in traditional cultural circuits, reaffirming its strong commitment to diversity.

Antre Peaux aims to be a vibrant and welcoming place that encourages encounters between artists, audiences and local communities, and actively contributes to shaping the artistic scenes of tomorrow, both locally and internationally.

Bourges has long been a hub of creativity and cultural innovation. This vitality is reflected today in a strong commitment by the City to allocate a significant share of its budget to Culture.
